Product Goal

When humans hot sick they mostly visit hospitals to get a consultation from the doctor. But it’s not possible all the time like when traveling, staying in a new town, rainy days and mostly not possible to visit the doctor. So, the goal is whenever a patient needs to look for a doctor they can need to visit at moment from where they are via mobile/computer.
Challenges

Create easy-to-understand data visuals for who are using the app, Bridge the gap between patients and doctors. Support all type of contact ways like chat, call, video call and live.
Starting with

I started with some interviews with a users like students, daily works, and also with the doctors. Collect the data form it and synthesis those information to start the work.

Userflow

I arrived at a solution by creating a user flow for a mobile app. It's basicaly how the user is going to solve their problems via the app.

Paper Mock

I draw the hand sketches first. Because creating random thoughts is easy to do with paper and pencil as well as machines. Also, no need to think about the colors, illustrations, and animations.

Final Output

Here the paper mock get into the real-time screen with enhanced empathy and solve the user's problems.

Doctor List

Once picked the specialization area by the user the user will navicate to this list page. The user can pick the doctor based the rattings, price, availiblity anf etc.

Doctor Detail & Booking

Once a doctor picked by a user the he will go to the details page here a completed data is available about the the doctor. Also it also contain rattings, price, availiblity and etc.

Chat Area & Call

Once booked appoinment the doctor will contact the user via Message, Voice Call and Video call. Share the prescription details in the same chat window can use when the user need.
